SCHOOL PROOF SYSTEM

Our portrait proof system is very simple and does not require any administration from the school.

The proof card shows the child's picture(s) , the print/pack options and the prices. The cards can be different for each school depending upon the photography style and the range of packs offered. The two proofs samples here illustrate the single pose photography (classic or high key) and multi pose high key photography options. For smaller schools there is the online option.

In each case the best image(s) taken on the day are used and are some times enhanced to create the best possible result. In either case the available Packs are shown on the proof.

In order to maximise the sales there are further options , larger prints, that can be ordered direct through the web site. All the parent has to do is indicate which packs(s) are required and return the proof , with payment in the envelope supplied. We will collect the envelopes thus eliminating any extra work for the school.
